By accessing or using YTDrops (the "Service") at ytdrops.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

YTDrops is a platform that enables YouTube creators to run verified giveaways and allows users to participate in those giveaways. The Service uses the YouTube Data API to verify user actions such as subscriptions, likes, and comments on YouTube content.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You must have a valid Google account to sign in.
• You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. YouTube API and Data Access

When you connect your YouTube channel to YTDrops, you authorize the Service to access certain YouTube data through the YouTube Data API Services:

• We access your channel information, subscription status, video ratings, and comment data solely to verify giveaway entry requirements.
• We do NOT modify, delete, or post any content to your YouTube account.
• You can revoke YTDrops' access at any time via your Google Account settings (Security → Third-party apps).
• By using this Service with YouTube integration, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Create fake giveaways or mislead participants about prizes.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate entries or verification.
• Attempt to bypass security measures, scrape data, or interfere with the Service.
• Violate YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or API Terms.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Impersonate other users or entities.
• Use the Service to collect personal information without consent.

6. Giveaways

a) For Hosts

• You are solely responsible for fulfilling prizes as promised in your giveaways.
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding giveaways and promotions in your jurisdiction.
• YTDrops is NOT responsible for prize fulfillment or delivery.
• Your reliability score reflects your history of prize fulfillment and may affect your access to features.

b) For Participants

• You must meet all entry requirements to be eligible for prizes.
• Verification is based on YouTube API data at the time of entry or verification.
• Winners are selected randomly from verified entries.
• You have 21 days to claim prizes or file disputes.

7. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased through Stripe and are used to create giveaways. Purchased credits never expire.
• Prize Credits are credits earned through winning, weekly draws, promo codes, gifts, or other rewards. Prize credits expire 90 days after they are awarded.
• When spending credits, Prize Credits are used first, then purchased Credits.
• All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Unused purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

8. Intellectual Property

• The YTDrops name, logo, and Service design are owned by YTDrops.
• You retain ownership of content you create (giveaway titles, descriptions).
• By using the Service, you grant us a license to display your content as needed to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• That verification results will be 100% accurate (API data may have delays).
• That giveaway hosts will fulfill their prizes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YTDROPS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YTDrops and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• We may discontinue the Service or any features at any time with reasonable notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where YTDrops operates.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
